As the founder of Optima Strategies LLC, John leverages decades of hands-on knowledge—ranging from life behind the wheel to executive-level logistics management—to help aspiring and established trucking entrepreneurs build sustainable, profitable businesses.
A third-generation driver, John was practically born into the trucking industry. His journey began on the road, gaining invaluable insights as a driver before advancing into roles in safety compliance, fleet operations, and senior management. His deep understanding of the logistics ecosystem allows him to provide tailored guidance to clients at every stage of their business.
John is also a State Certified CDL Instructor, equipping new drivers with the skills and confidence to succeed in today’s competitive market. His background includes not only commercial transportation but also management experience in law enforcement, bringing a unique blend of structure, discipline, and operational excellence to his consulting work.
Over the years, John has played a key role in helping grow trucking businesses across the United States and Europe.
